Katrina founded her educational consulting firm on a simple belief: when students, families, and educators are supported together, extraordinary growth follows.
With more than fifteen years inside special education classrooms, Katrina has seen firsthand how the right support — at the right moment — changes a child's trajectory. Her work spans one-on-one tutoring, fierce family advocacy through the IEP process, and practical training that helps new teachers step into special education settings with confidence.
From the classroom to the conference table.
Katrina began as a special education teacher, working with students who had been told — explicitly and implicitly — that they couldn't. She watched them prove everyone wrong when given the right tools, pacing, and someone who genuinely believed in them.
But she also saw families arrive at IEP meetings confused and outnumbered, and first-year teachers handed complex caseloads with little guidance. So she built a firm that closes those gaps — sitting beside families at the table, and standing in front of educators with training that actually translates to Monday morning.
